Our Classes

GOFitness Virtual is dedicated to slowing the negative impacts of aging, and improving overall health.  Our classes are designed to build the Mind/Body connection in a safe environment.  Class attendees range in age from teenagers to late nineties, but are designed for active older adults.  Please read the class definitions below and enjoy this great experience.

Cardio / Strength

Monday 9:00 - 9:45 am Central

Standing full-body strength work alternating with low-impact cardio using a chair for standing support.

Monday 10:15 - 11:00 am Central

Seated and standing yoga poses to increase flexibility, balance and range of motion.

Wednesday 3:00 - 3:45 pm Central

Seated and standing exercises to increase muscular strength, range of motion and activities for daily living.

Senior Stretch and Stability

Thursday 3:00 - 3:30 pm Central

Active stretching then 15 minutes of standing class designed to decrease the risk of falls with the focus on improving balance and lower body strength, followed by 15 minutes of stretching.

Senior Stretch

A 30 minute stretching routine that combines active and passive stretching aimed to improve functional capacity and prevent injury.
