What is GO Fitness University?
We started GO Fitness University as a place to hold all of our brief lessons and focused educational content. You won’t find any of our LIVE GO Fitness Virtual Classes or any of our Archived Recordings. Those are exclusively for our All-Access Members.
You will find short videos, usually around 3-5 minutes, filled with focused content. You will find videos illustrating modifications to certain exercises. As we interview topical experts, those videos and articles will also become part of the library of content we call GO Fitness University.
